Ida the Tornado

He looked down. At least six feet away from the ground. He was standing in a cube made of glass, floating in the air. Absolute silence.

He had so many faces and identities until today, but something deep down told him that this was his last. The situation was getting more complicated. He needed to make a sacrifice to keep other members safe. Everyone played a key role, and he believed he had done his part.

The computer turned on, and a woman started speaking. “The algorithm is ready, sir,” she said, sounding so humanlike. Well, she was more intelligent. “To be secure, there is only one source to access the algorithm directly. Here,” she said.

“Great. Lunch it. We don’t have much time left,” he said, thinking about her. Maybe she is the answer to all of this. To a better universe; But better for whom. His vision was always aligned with his family. But his mission changed when he saw the future. He was having doubts. “It’s time to bring her in,” he said. 

“I will arrange it, sir,” she said.
